Butler Health Clinic

The Community Health Center of  Butler County (CHC) is a Non-Profit, Volunteer-Powered, Community-Funded Health Clinic. The clinic provides free outpatient primary medical care, preventive medical services, referrals for specialized services, referrals to other agencies when appropriate, and free medications when possible.
